Refund policy

North of Zion has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to start a return. Returned items must be in unused condition. 

To start a return, contact me at brady@northofzion.com. You can always reach out with any return questions. 

Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, reach out right away. I'll do my best to make it right. 

Because all of my work is handmade, it goes through many handling steps, increasing the likelihood of minor cosmetic imperfections. Nicks and scratches are part of the character that makes each piece unique. Your item will develop its own patina over time; every mark is a part of the story it tells. 

Exchanges
I suggest returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item. Feel free to reach out with any questions. 

Refunds
I'll notify you once I receive your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
